Ericka was absolutely amazing! Chrissy had not been groomed in quite a while because we simply couldn’t find the right match after her longtime groomer moved out of state. We tried other groomers, but unfortunately, they just weren’t the right fit for Chrissy. Our daughter lives in the West U area and had stopped by Woof Gang West U a few times. She fell in love with the store and kept encouraging us to give them a try. Did I mention that we live in the Dallas area? So this was definitely a leap of faith! I have to admit, I was nervous, so nervous that I almost canceled the appointment. I think I was more anxious than Chrissy! 😊 Then we arrived and met Ericka, and what a breath of fresh air she was. From the moment we met her, Ericka immediately put me at ease. Even better, there seemed to be an instant connection between Ericka and Chrissy. Seeing how comfortable Chrissy was with her gave me such peace of mind, and I finally felt comfortable leaving my little love in someone else’s care. When we returned, we were absolutely thrilled with how beautiful Chrissy looked! And hearing Ericka tell us what a joy Chrissy had been to groom made the experience even sweeter. Apparently, Chrissy spent part of her appointment giving Ericka kisses! 😂 That told me everything I needed to know about how comfortable and loved Chrissy felt with her. Ericka is an incredibly loving, caring, and talented professional. She didn’t just give Chrissy a beautiful groom, she gave us the reassurance and confidence we had been looking for in a groomer. After searching for the right person for Chrissy, I truly feel like we finally found her. We are so happy our daughter encouraged us to give Woof Gang West U a try.
