The groomer was nice and knew what she was doing All the staff members have effective communication and punctual on pick up times We usually do the self wash at $17 bit last time we gave a try for the bath, nail trimming and teeth brushing for our dog. All came up to around $82 which was a bit high for what we were expecting but all in all it was great service.

I stumbled upon Woof Gang Bakery and instantly fell in love! This place is truly a hidden gem. The store is beautifully organized, spotless, and so inviting the moment you walk in. What made it even more special is that they bake the dog treats in-house — I even had the chance to meet the baker! You can tell there’s real care and passion behind everything they make. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel personal. And my fur baby? She absolutely loved her fresh treats! We will definitely be back. If you’re a pet parent, this place is a must-visit!

I always have a great experience at Woof Gang-West U! On my last visit, the power went out on the whole block while I was mid self-wash because of nearby construction. Even though it was completely out of their control, they handled it so well. The staff kept checking on me and were so kind and attentive. They even gave my pup a bag of treats for the inconvenience. I really appreciate their customer service!! 🐶💛

Absolutely fantastic job grooming! We’ve been clients for a few months now and are so happy we found Britney & the team at Woof Gang West U. Our four-legged family member is always treated with care and comes home looking and smelling great from grooming. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are very easy to book online or call in store. Also they have all types of goodies and accessories for your dog.
