Took our puppy here for a self service bath. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable. Our puppy is clean and it was easier than I expected.

Not only is the shop clean, organized, and friendly, but the groomers are all kind and trustworthy. While I’ve never had a negative experience with any groomer, I’ve used Erika the last two times and the results have been PERFECT. My husband and I disagree on how to groom our mutt (he likes his hair short, I like scruffy), so I usually have to have a long-ish discussion with the groomer telling them what we like, dislike, and where to cut/not to. Most groomers usually end up with only a slightly clear image of what we want because we don’t really know what we want. Well Erika found the perfect formula. Not only is our pup fresh and clean, but she is able to keep his hair on the longer side while still being managed and more clean cut like my husband likes. Our dog is also 11 and was recently diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and the shop made sure I was able to discuss any symptoms of a heart event with Erika just so I would be comfortable knowing he was being cared for. We will be loyal clients for the remainder of his years.

Great place to bring your pooch for a bath and a hair cut. They groomers do a fantastic job and my two golden retrievers are happy and look great… we are here every other week.

Lindsey is amazing with our miniature bernedoodle, Maui! Her coat is super high-maintenance, and we’ve had bad experiences in the past with groomers just shaving her down every time. Lindsey is so kind, patient, and does an incredible job keeping Maui fluffy and adorable—even when it’s been a while between visits! (Oops!) We’re so grateful to have found her. Highly recommend!

The staff is always friendly when me and Link go there and they on Saturday Nov. 30 when Santa was there, the young lady taking the pictures and Santa were both great. Its always a great experience when we go there and we will be returning customers from this point forward. Keep up the great work everyone :)
